Getting Back In the Game
After about a three year absence from this blog, I’m planning a comeback. Here were my stats as of today:
Bodyfat: 14.6%
Body Weight: 230lbs
Today’s Diet:
Meal 1: 4 eggs and 1/2 cup oats
Meal 2: 2 Servings Grow Protein and 1/2 cup oats
Meal 3: 6oz Chicken Breast, 12oz. potato, 1 cup steamed broccoli
Meal 4: 4 eggs and 1/2 cup oats
Training: 30 minutes steady state cardio in A.M. and Leg Training in P.M.
Planning to try and “eat clean” from now until Christmas and then assess where i go from there.
